Found a home that met my needs and kept me up to date with everything going on. Not bad bone in her body, always on call. Recommend for everyone!!! She wont let you down!!!!! There are so many great things to say about Brittany. It took only one call, and she helped my husband and I find the perfect home for us. It is also in a great location we want to raise our child in. She is absolutely amazing! She is extremely smart and talented! Thank you so much again Brittany!

Beau Hopkins - Update The Meybohm staff at whispering pines are some of the most incompetent and unprofessional realtors I have ever worked with. That is not just my opinion this is after talking with multiple neighbors in whispering pines as well. They lacked the ability to communicate during our build with PlanDWell which resulted in major issues later down the road because they would not relay our issues in a timely manner. The setup in this development is communicate your issues to your realtor who then tells the Meybohm realtor representing the builder who then finally tells the builder. When I ran into the superintendent for PlanDWell while looking at my house I would ask him about the issue I told my realtor two weeks prior and he said he had not heard anything from Beau (the Meybohm realtor). Two weeks without communicating an issue!! Beau Hopkins was the realtor who I had to deal and work with during our build. Do not use the Meybohm realtors when purchasing or building in whispering pines! Get your own realtor to represent you, because these realtors do not care about you one bit. They represent the builder and are only wanting their commission. Now whispering pines is a great community with very friendly and caring people. But it is the people of the community that make it great not these realtors.
