      Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. It is our understanding that you contacted your nephew (that works with us in this office) requesting lawn service. It is our understanding that he communicated to you that we did not offer lawn service in that area (we offer commercial and residential pest and termite control services in that area). Our inspector “never showed up or gave you an estimate” because, as he stated over the phone, we do not offer lawn service for that area (we offer pest and termite control). Your nephew (the inspector you alluded to) has subsequently attempted to contact you to discuss (multiple messages left).
