I agree with the other negative comments & more. They still have my Moms wheelchair, just couldnt keep going there after almost 3 years.

This place is horrible and ridiculous. I wish I didnt have to give a single star JUST to review it. The staff is constantly cut back and some of its members are little more than criminals when dealing with patients. The number of times weve tried to call them and not received an answer is stifling and the social worker help has been far less than 1 . I try to make exceptions for all people in all lines of work, but this is a healthcare facility. Exceptions could cost lives. They wont change the patients diaper, they wont give the patient a bath, they wont even unpack the patients belongings when they move them from one room to another due to COVID. The patient has had a terrible experience with staff and the lack of an on sight doctor is even more disturbing. The horror stories weve heard about this place are absolutely disgusting and if I were dying or in need of rehab, I would sooner die at home than deal with these people, or make my loved ones do so, a single second. Dont make the mistake of sending a loved one to this place. Also, dont make the mistake of thinking this place will deal with you fairly no matter how kind youve been to the workers. Its a for-profit organization and nothing more. They dont care about you or the people under their care. Simple fact.
