        Ashlee is personable and so kind! We had never done this process before and she explained everything perfectly. We had tons of questions and she held our hands the entire time! We felt genuinely cared for! We didnt feel like they were just trying to get all of our money. We genuinely felt like they were trying to help save us money! Ashlee definitely feels like a friend after all of this-especially from all the out of business hours calls :)
