Re/Max True Advantage: Al Simmons

I will continue to share my experiences about Al Simmons. I would avoid doing any real estate transactions with him. I feel he is extremely unethical, lies, and misrepresents clients on both sides of the transactions. Poor management of properties, unethical and possibly illegal withholding of funds, and a general lack of responsiveness are all factors I dealt with. Many other reviews are of similar nature, read for yourself.

I stay in the home next door to a property that Al Simmons is leasing. He hired people to come out and cut the grass. The gentleman he used was in my yard using my water to fix the yard next door. I called to resolve the issue and Al had a very nasty attitude and didnt want to reimburse me for the gallons of water this individual used from my house. I can only imagine what type of REALTOR he is!!! He has a poor attitude and poor quality customer service. I will be contacting someone higher up.

While I have never personally worked with Al Simmons, if I was ever looking for a home he would be first on my list to call. You see, in my neighborhood people are buying, selling and renting constantly (I live in a military community). With that being said, good ol' Al has quite a handful of properties for sale or for rent. And let me tell you something, those properties do not stay available very long. I don't know if he has some magical power that makes people go with his flow or if he hypnotized these folks and then they wake up and ask themselves, "Did I really just buy a f****** house!?!?" If Al played you in Monopoly he would have Boardwalk, Park Place, both Utilities AND all four god damn railroads! So with all the knowledge I have bestowed upon you, contact Al for all of your real estate needs! P.S.
