Thompson’s Sprinkler Repair and Installation

Thompsons Sprinkler just completed work at our house and did awesome! We recently purchased the house and did not know what was the origin of water in our front yard. They quickly identified and fixed the issue with bad valves. They were very knowledgeable of the system we have and provided instructions and valid recommendations. I will use their service again!

The crew arrived on time, were very professional, and had my system inspected with a few repairs done within a half hour. After a bad experience with another local company, I'm glad I went with Thompson's and highly recommend them.

Thompsons does a great job! Mr. Thompson runs a great business and is very responsive to calls. The employees were polite and left no trace when they finished their work. Could not recommend them enough.

I've had Thompson's Sprinkler completely reinstall multi-zone systems at two different houses now. They do good work, they stand by their work if there are any adjustments needed, and they are fairly priced. I highly recommend them.

Would give a zero or less ! My husband showed them a lower area in the yard where it needed dirt. Clay stated its leveled fine, next spring you wont notice it. Clay stated youll have a green lawn next spring, the sod will grow and next spring the lawn will be looking great. Well.. in the spring there are several bare spots and of coarse water in the low area. Its a mess ! And thats putting it mildly. He continued to defend his work and told me to hire a lawn service to turn it green that that was not his responsibility !! He also stated I will see if my father (owner) agrees. I clearly asked him to have his father call us and come look at the job. That never happened either. Clay stated I guaranteed the roots would take, not that it would be green. I have photos of the results that clearly show the disaster. Not to mention all the crab grass. No confusion on my part. You did the service late fall and stated It will look great next spring Thats why you received a call AND were asked to come see YOUR work months later. Like YOU stated it will look great NEXT spring. You stated there isnt a guarantee your lawn would be green, just that the roots would take Our lawn would not look horrible if the roots took !! Your company refused to repair the mess !!!! And we do NOT NEED A LAWN SERVICE TO REPAIR YOUR FAILED WORK. As you can see our front lawn is green and well maintained. We hired you to do the back yard after our pool installation. We are not happy and pointed out the bad areas right from the beginning !! Excuses are simply poor customer service.
