Very disrespectful to people property in the max fitness parking lot blowing grass all over vehicles.The person I spoke with about this said hes the owner and if you dont want grass or other type of deon your vehicle dont pal by the island. If the person I spoke with in the parking lot is the owner I dont understand why or how hes in business. This guy was disrespectful and rude.

I stopped in to buy a rose tree. I told the lady to let ME put it into my Jeep Wrangler because I wanted to be careful not to spill any soil onto my carpet because it is hard to vacuum it out.
I was gently putting the tree into my Jeep, and she impatiently grabbed it shoved it in, spilling dirt all over and breaking limbs on the passenger seat and the thorns stuck into the fabric making if difficult to remove at home.
Every time I pass this place I think of her rude, inconsiderate, bad attitude, and poor behavior.

Someone needs to re evaluate their contract with them at augusta exchange. If there's cars with people parked you don't blow debris on the vehicles. Move on to a different area. Otherwise I want to know how I'm going to be compensated on my brand new vehicle with all the scratches and knicks. Either the low quality lawn company or property owner allowing property damage. Your workers are creating liability and would not look good in court when you have a public space being utilized and then a company comes and damages the integrity of publics property. I'll be looking up the property manager to file a complaint and seek reimbursement. If it's private property I do not see signs warning of possible property damage or a sign showing lawn times.
