Is it possible for them to have less that a star? The home had so many issues and I am glad they are no longer in business and can torment other buyers. They built my first home. They were really great to work with as long as I was putting extra money into the house for upgrades. Then they just stopped caring. Electrical outlets were covered by cabinets. Windows were covered by moulding. The walls had more waves in them than the ocean. I was told that I was being to picky because they tracked mud into the home and couldn't get it out of the carpet. Defintiely steer clear of any home built by them.

Do not buy from them. Terrible. Floors have scratches and glue all over. I have had two roof leaks and the house is only 4 years old. Electrical GFCI switches were secured with dry wall srews. Electrical wiring just ran through dry wall without wall plates. They just punched a hole and ran the wire through. Nails are popping out from dry wall through out the house. Cabinets have scratches and chips in them. Paint job is sloppy at best. Corners not properrly painted, or, not at all. No caulk used for bath tub. Instead they used grout and its cracking everywhere. Water leaking through. One wall had a huge bubble in it and they were unwilling to fix it within the one year warranty period. Tina from the front desk did not show any compassion for the numerous problems. Garage was a mess. It needed to be repainted as everyone used it as if it was a repair shop. One of the door frame works was damaged. I had to fill in with epoxy, sand and paint. Yard was a complete mess. Weeds, holes, improper grading throughout. Electrical outlets were loose, so sometimes they would not work. The wires were not properly tightened to the outlet switch. Garage lights were improperly installed. Electrical wiring was exposed. The list goes on.
