Ive always had a great experience with the dentists and hygienists here, but scheduling has been a problem and I only visit the dentist once or twice a year. This is the third time my appointment has been bumped because of short staff. Ive also had my appointment cancelled because I did not confirm over the phone despite confirming via email and text message. I recommend not having confirmations sent electronically if you must confirm in person. Thinking of switching dentists now, which is a shame because the staff is great.

I made an appointment with their call center and had no issues setting it up. I even called their local office in Evan's to speak to one of their staff about additional questions I had. Everything was all set to go. Now its the day before the appointment and I get a call from a pushy staff member at their branch asking if I can change my appointment time because they are over booked. I said, Sure not a problem. Then she proceeds to tell me that the appointment will be a consolation of sorts that can take up to 2 hours (I just needed a filling repaired...) and that the filling wont be done that day they'd have to schedule that out further down the line... I have never been to a dentist office that takes 2 hours to do an oral exam and x-rays. From the sounds of it she was just trying to push me out of my appointment slot entirely, which she could have saved her precious time by just simply stating, "We are over booked, I am sorry for this inconvenience. Can I schedule you for another day?"
