This practice was AMAZING up until the last year and now super disorganized. They scheduled me for 2 procedures that I didn't need. I also paid to have a special mouth guard made around that time. When I arrived for the first procedure, the dentist told me I didn't need to have it done and he didn't want to put me through it (so grateful for his honesty). He told his staff to cancel my second procedure. They didn't. Instead they called me repeatedly leaving messages and reminder texts for the appt. I work and when I tried to call on my lunch breaks, they didn't answer and never returned my calls. Then I started receiving bills stating they were for phone convos that never happened and a fitting for my mouth guard, which was included in the purchase that I already paid in full. I've called many times in the last 90 days to get an explanation of the charges. I've had 2 calls back, both while I was at work and they left messages. My last message to them I requested they send me an explanation or breakdown of what I was being billed for. To this day I haven't received but continue to receive bills with no clue what they're for. I definitely don't recommend at this point. Super bummed bc Dr Murphy is amazing! He needs better staff! I've messaged them on Facebook as nearly my last resort. My ultimate last resort will be to take time off work and drop by their office. If I have to use my pto to do this, I'll be requesting a waive of the fees. I'm more than happy to pay once I understand what I'm paying for!
