Hard to find someone to help you. They are always chatting amongst themselves and you feel rude interrupting even though it is their job to help you.
Luckily we know where most things are in this store and can get in and out quickly or can order for curbside pickup.
Ive always loved the way my brows look when they're done at the benefit bar, but they're wrong when done in this store.

Oh, and if you ask for advice on products, no one ever has any knowledge about brands, individual products, what works best for certain skip types/hair types, color matching, etc. I always get a blank stare and a "sorry, I have never used this." I would think even if you have never used it, there should be SOMEONE in the store that at least knows some kind of general guidance. Thank Goodness for a lenient return policy, because it is trial and error when shopping here, because you have to figure it out for yourself.
