So middle of a Friday (2 pm) and the lights are out and the place is locked up. Update! The service here SUCKS! I placed an order on Thursday evening to pick up on Friday evening at 5 pm. I arrived 10 min early and checked in. I was told it would be ready in a couple of minutes. At 5:10 pm and everyone had left and a couple of people came and went, the kitchen staff was standing atound laughing and joking and not working. I asked about my order AGAIN and *POOF* there it was. It had been sitting on the counter not bagged and ignoring me. NEVER AGAIN.

Just order 2 10 piece wings combo, one fried hard and the fries fried hard. Got home no ranch in either boxes or in bag, my wings were not fried hard and it was cold like the wings and sauce had been sitting out. Spent 35 dollars on this meal and I am very disappointed.

My husband just ordered from this location this afternoon through Uber Eats. We received our food and it was not right we ordered garlic parm boneless and hot wings boneless. What we did receive is regular fried boneless wings with no garlic parm and the hot wings. He calls up there to speak with them and they told him that we had to bring the food back up there. Um NO first of all we ordered delivery for a reason. When he asked for a refund he was told again we had to bring the food back. Absolutely NOT. As a manager in the food industry myself this is unacceptable. We will no be ordering from this place again and just know word of mouth is everything. If a GM would like to respond or an or the owner that is fine. I would for sure hire people with better customer service. Parking: Lots

Food was good, service not so much. Tenders were a bit salty but overall ok. Customer service is not very good. Made the mistake of not checking before leaving and pretty much half of my order was missing. It was lunch and not too busy so there is no excuse. No one out of the 3 people I talked to was even apologetic about the mix-up. At least I got my money back. Probably wont be back considering there are better places that offer wings for the price
