While every other autobody in Evans GA told us they couldn't repair our vehicle (Nov 5 accident) until January of 2024, Gerber made arrangements with our schedule to take the car in over the Thanksgiving holiday week. The shop was clean, offices neat and quiet, and staff was always available to answer questions by phone, if their text messages with updates weren't enough. Our vehicle was finished earlier than expected, but upon pickup I pointed out something I felt could've lined up better. A manager looked at it and agreed. A day later we picked up our vehicle. Overall I left off 1 star because I would like to see someone go over every completed vehicle to check the quality. The repair and paint work on the vehicle are top-notch. The repair is also warranted for as long as we own the vehicle through Gerber auto body shops. I would recommend Gerber to any of my neighbors or friends.

Dont bother to call if you plan to pay out of pocket. I requested an appt. for an estimate online, and they cancelled it on me. I then called to reschedule the appt. and they said they do not do estimates at this time for out of pocket work.

I had body work done to my vehicle about a month ago. At first, everything was fine. Issue one: I was told it would take a week to fix my vehicle, which actually took two or three weeks. It was not a huge deal because the insurance company was paying for the rental, not me. But had I been paying for the rental this would have been a HUGE issue. Issue two and the main problem: after repairs, I noticed that the fender did not sit correctly under the headlight. It didn't bother me enough to rush back to have it fixed. Over the weekend, I had recall work done at the dealership. They pointed out that whoever set the bumper used epoxy/glue to attach the bumper to the vehicle (pictures below). Today, I spoke to a manager and was told that they would order the parts to fix itno apologies for trying to pass off shoddy work or gestures of goodwill. I will update after round two of service has been completed. Service: Body & Trim
