Cat was such a joy to work with. She was candid about the listing and likely sales price and the house sold right in the middle of that range. She was so helpful in connecting us with the right people to do necessary work, but most of all she did an amazing job of keeping the negotiations and the whole process going, even when obstacles arose. She knew when to press and when not to, and if it weren't for her creative ideas I'm not sure the sale would have consummated. Highest praise for her skills!

Cat did a GREAT job definitely went above and beyond!! Took us to see many houses, some even in the pouring rain!!
