        I worked with Tom Crawford to quote homeowner's, auto and umbrella insurance policies. I appreciate that they represent several providers and can recommend the company that best met our needs. He responded immediately to every request for information and spent considerable time reviewing every policy with me so that I was very comfortable with our final decision. I decided to leave my existing agent primarily because there was no personal touch. Most correspondence was on-line and little explanations were provided for year-on-year increases. The experience I encountered with Tom left me confident in selecting the Kevin Panter agency to handle our insurance needs.
