This was by far the WORST location owned by Grease Monkey. The manager of this location allowed a young girl to yell at customers? And congratulate and condone that behavior in this economic time is ridiculous and exudes unprofessionalism. Thank Goodness the Asst Mgr exhibits class and kindness-and NO. I don't need a discount, customers just want an easy transaction, good service and a good relationship with the local shops. They failed their company today with what I personally witnessed.
