I was referred to Paula by a co-worker. I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Paula to purchase my very first home. It was a whirlwind romance from the beginning. I started my home search in January of 2020 with different realtor. 6 months later and after firing my old realtor who was unable to get me to the closing table after several contracts fell apart and I had to withdraw my offer for each one. I reached out to Paula, she immediately returned my call and after I explained my situation, I contracted with her to take over as my realtor. I had a property already in mind to tour and she set it up for the very next day. It was the one!! I made an offer, it was accepted, inspections conducted with Paulas contacts were set up very quickly and by the ending of the due diligence period and a bit of negotiating, we were at the closing table in just a few weeks. Paula followed up after the sale to make sure everything was ok with the home after move in and she also sent a thoughtful appreciation gift for the holidays in 2020. I highly recommend Paula to handle any buyer or sellers needs. She listens to customers needs/wants, and guides you through the process. As first time home buyer, I needed it all. Paula delivered and I am now a very happy home owner of a property that checked every single box of must haves for me.
