They put you through so much stress when you want to cancel your membership. In other gyms you can just walk up to the front desk and cancel your memebership but with this gym you have to send an email to abc fitness and they only reply sometimes. Then I had to call the customer care and he asked me to create an account on their website so that I can request a cancellation. This is just terrible.

My wife and I heard about the facility and went by to check it out and join, since its 5 minutes from our house-the staff not only COMPLETELY ignored us, didnt open the door to potential new customers, so we gave up and left. I will join another gym that WANTS ME THERE AND WILL OPEN THE DOOR FOR CUSTOMERS.

BEWARE! Do not put your keys on the key wheel in the front while working out. Somebody stole my keys. The workers tried to help but to no avail, the owner pretty much said it was noting he could do. I had to pay $347 for a locksmith. Ive been a member at this gym since it opened. Not sure if i will keep my membership because i dont know if my keys were taken on purpose so i dont know if its safe to continue at this gym.
UPDATE: the person who STOLE my keys brought them back today after a week of having them. You guys wont give me a name to help me out. So to you, the owner my keys were not lost they were taken! How are you going to rectify this situation bc no one is helping me. After missing work and spending hundreds of dollars bc you have thieves at your gym.

Medium Sized Workout Anytime. Good staff, decent equipment selection that's usually in good condition. Members usually clean up after themselves. Well above average location.
