        I set in line for 20 mins before deciding to order my food on the app and maybe it would be ready by the time I get up there up to the window. It still wasnt ready I had to pull forward and still wait an additional 15 mins for my order so you are tell me the app is falsely giving you a time the food would be ready. I asked for the manager he comes to the window and starts yelling we are busy what you want me to do. First of all sir have some professionalism about your self for you time a manager and second the hell are you yelling at? I will never return and I will be calling corporate on Monday.

        Horrible. Waited 30 minutes for order. Just walked out empty handed. Staff stands around staring at each other. Blame poor management.

        Unpleasant staff who refuses to greet you, super long wait times, constantly out of items, and the lobby looks dirty and tired. Corporate needs to send someone to take over this place its a disgrace.
