What a joke of a building! The only room they had when I checked in was a smoking room. I did not request this and will never stay here again. Breakfast - what continental breakfast? Nothing was out at 8:00am .

Stayed here with a boyfriend in one of the Jacuzzi tub rooms a while ago. Room seemed nice upon first glance but I woke up the next morning covered in bed bug bites. I mean a big cluster all over my stomach. Disgusting, itchy, and not worth the stay.

I went to this Elberton, Ga location on April 1, 2024 to check in after driving 12 hours. The receptionist told me I did not have a reservation. I showed him my ID and a picture of the reservation on my phone. The receptionist again stated that there was nothing in the system with my name. I called Priceline where I placed the prepaid reservation, and confirmed with them that the reservation was valid. I had the entire conversation on speaker. Priceline said they would call the receptionist at Days Inn to clear up the matter. Priceline tried to communicate with the receptionist, and after Priceline tried to ask him a few questions, he abruptly hung up the phone on Priceline. Priceline called me back while I was still in the Days Inn hotel, with disappoint in the attitude of the receptionists. I told the receptionists thank you and started to leave. The receptionist followed me out of the door and told me that I did not have a reservation and to go find another hotel while waving his hand in the air. I was speechless at this type of behavior and customer service. I called the next day to report the experience to the manager, and learned that the morning receptionists found my reservation after I had driven 8 hours back home in the middle of the night. Worst customer service experience ever. No one has reached out to me from the Days Inn by Wyndham in Elberton, Ga. to extend an apology for what happened.
