Being new to the area, we had a steep learning curve to navigate when it came to finding partners we could trust throughout the building process. Many we spoke to at first did not always seem to have our best interest at heart. We found Evergreen through our growing number of friends in the area and immediately knew it was a perfect fit. We knew how stressful the entire journey could be, but can honestly say that for us Evergreen made it an absolute pleasure. They are incredibly responsive, go the extra mile to ensure you have all the information you need, do things far beyond what most builders would do, and were laser focused on delivering incredible value at a price we were comfortable with. If this werent enough, once complete you know they will stand by their work and continue to make sure you have a home you are proud of. I tell everyone I know planning to build in the Lake Oconee area that they have to call Evergreen. We are currently in the process of building a home with them, and have nothing but praise for Jason and Drew. We always get quick responses to our phone calls and emails, and they are fun to work with. We are currently living out of town, but Evergreen has done a great job keeping us up to date with progress and handling any issues that come up. This is the 3rd home we have built, and they have made it stress free-we have utmost confidence in their skill and experience. I would highly recommend them. My husband and I chose Evergreen Development to build our new Lake Oconee home. Our home was completed in June, 2022. We couldn't be happier with our decision.
