CVS pharmacy Main Street are very professional

CVS pharmacy was my go to place for my basic need until recently. The pharmacy department is not organized. My prescription has been called in 3 times and faxed twice. Still no resolve. The staff are sort of robotic with hardly any human warmth or care. Just turned me away 2 different occasions without asking me any detailed questions of what my prescription was and what day my primary physician called and faxed it in if you a new customer hope this will not be your experience.

Tiana was very helpful and she went out of her way to assist my mother in finding the correct piece for her medical apparatus.

Young lady was very rude and wouldnt help me understand how to take the medication. She acted as though she didnt want to service me because I was sick. I needed help with my rx card and she made me see someone else and then get back in the long line I had already waited 20 mins in. The manager wasnt really any better. He did help however I was forced to receive assistance from the rude lady a second time. Horrible customer service. The lady had lashes long black hair not aware of her name. Never will I receive my medication from this location again
