        I LOVE Rachel! She is so awesome! I've done my taxes with this Jackson Hewitt for 2 years now and have zero complaints. I only schedule with Ms. Rachel (no offense to anyone else) she knows what she is doing and is very nice and professional!

        Made an appointment, when I got there, no one was there. Waited 20 minutes, no one showed. Left messages, no return call. Called the main number and they said they should be open and that I was on the schedule and in the right location. She even tried to call the office as well as another office and couldnt get an answer at either. She was nice but didnt seem too concerned with trying to find out why an entire office was closed when their hours are 9am - 5pm. Never heard anything else. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. Guess I will be going with another popular tax service.
