Used Topline to clear a small parcel of heavily forested land. Their prices were steep, but slightly less than the competition, and they were available to start in a few weeks rather than a few months. They showed up a day early and finished early. Great communication by voice and text, professional, and did exactly what they said they would do. They are a newly-formed company, but the owner and his crew have been in the clearing/grading business a long time, and each guy has years of experience under his belt. Don't let the lack of reviews scare you off - Topline is the real deal. Highly recommend!
