Front desk personnel were very rude and unprofessional. Also got a price over $4200 for expander for 4 teeth and a 1-year treatment plan. Found a half the price. Shop around before you sign any contract especially if you are self-pay. STAY AWAY!

Do not recommend. I've been back and forth with this office and their customer service line in regard to me receiving a refund for a MONTH now. They had me sign a contract and give a down payment before notifying me of needing a dental clearance. I was not cleared by my dentist and asked for a refund and here I am a month later still no refund. This has become super frustrating as they were so quick to take my money but so slow to refund me my payment. They did their protocol incorrectly and I am being faulted for it. This place is terrible I am so glad I didn't proceed with treatment at this facility. Will be reporting to BBB.

Within 10 minutes of leaving our appointment, my daughters bottom brackets slid off of her teeth. I immediately called the call center, and I was told to return to the office. When I told the receptionist why we had returned, she literally said to me that she talked to the call center, the doctor had just left and told them that they could close early, so I would need to reschedule. It was 3:50pm and the office was still open with patients being seen. I pointed to the technician who had installed the brackets and mentioned that she was still there and all we wanted was for her to reattach them. The receptionist stated that the technician could not see my daughter without the doctor seeing her first, although we had literally just left. I mentioned that I had to take off work today and pull her out of school for the appointment and she did not care. She also told me that she would not be calling the doctor to come back and offered an appt for the following morning. I pleaded with her about calling the doctor and she literally said, "We don't have her number". The technician was literally a few feet from me, and the receptionist refused to even have her to come out to speak with me about the issue. I cannot take off work short notice, so my daughter will have to now go 3 weeks without brackets properly installed in her mouth. When I asked about going to another location, she said "I don't know anything about that'. She had no compassion or concern at all. Now I will be trying to figure out a way to have my daughter seen by another office. The customer service was so poor that I never want to set foot in that office again. I am baffled at how someone could be so insensitive and work with the public.
