Great consultation with Tania Pierre by far one of the best. Was very up forward with all my concerns and Questions. She was very patient with me and my husband decisions and our plans for purchasing our new home as first time buyers. Tania is a first-time homebuyers dream. It was a great experience from beginning to end and I couldn't have done it without her guidance and expertise. The process began with an "orientation" session where she explained the entire purchasing process and what to expect each and every step. Throughout the search, she was patient and really understood what I was looking for. She's diligent, organized, and one of the hardest workers I've met...she's very good at what she does.

Trust, Patience & Knowledge Making a huge move as we did from NY to GA was stressful in itself. When we were referred to Tania Pierre it was as if a burden was lifted from our shoulders. We moved from out of state at the beginning of this month and couldn't have been happier with the service Tania provided. It started before we even knew for certain we were coming out to the area (we were considering multiple locations). We told Tania we weren't buying anything just looking and she still took the time out of her day and her schedule to show us several homes we might be interested in. Months later when we decided that we were going to shop for real Tania was extremely responsive and attentive. She knew what we were looking for and had great knowledge of the Alpharetta area. Tania was also very helpful with many other things besides showing us properties (hence the hard working part). She had great advice about loans, home owner's insurance, schools, HOA's, etc. Several times she went above and beyond for us, particularly when it came to getting us set up in our new home. She arranged to have certain things fixed in the house before we moved in because we were out of state and she wanted to lighten our list of things to do. The most important example however was when she helped smooth out a very delicate situation with a neighbor. Long story short our house was bought and vacant for a couple of weeks before we could relocate and Tania started noticing that we had some plants missing from our yard (because she was taking care of them for us before we arrived). Turns out our neighbor had taken them. We were very nervous about how awkward it would be to arrive in a new neighborhood and possibly start a conflict with a neighbor before the boxes even arrived. Tania jumped right in and smoothed everything out for us without involving us at all, and now we know it was a misunderstanding and all is well with the neighbors. With Tania we truly felt like we were important customers and she was incredibly responsive and understanding. It made our home buying experience stress free. I would HIGHLY recommend Tania for either listing or buying property in the Alpharetta area- You will NOT be disappointed!
