Kerry Arias was our shining light is a crazy market. We looked at at least 60 houses with offers or potential offers on six houses before purchasing our dream home. The market was so crazy at the time with multiple offers within almost minutes of the listing being announced. Kerry walked us through each offer with wise and detailed advice on the best approach. We will be forever grateful for her time, patience and understanding of the market. Kerry was hands down the best real estate professional we have worked with period. Kerry helped me find a home in Midtown Atlanta, and I was more than happy with the level of service and care she provided. She really helped me stay on top of inspections and simply made the process as easy as possible. In addition, she has worked with my brother to find a wonderful place in Sandy Springs and a great place for my parents in Peachtree Corners.

Kerry did an amazing job selling our home! She was prompt, organized, smart about pricing, strategic, and patient! She helped us attend to things that needed to be addressed while we were out of town, including having a handyman come in several times. She was there for every showing and handled them all very professionally. She staged the home well too. Kerry is very friendly and trustworthy. My husband and I would highly recommend Kerry as a realtor, especially in the luxury market in Atlanta.

I can't say enough about Kerry as a realtor and an advocate. I met with her and told her I had a little less than a month to find a house, and she made the process--normally pretty stressful--as simple as possible. Kerry is courteous, very patient, and just a consummate professional. As one example of her kindness, my dad couldn't make the home inspection on the property I landed on, but he still wanted to see the house while we were in a diligence period. Kerry took time out on a Sunday during a holiday weekend to come let my dad tour the house, and that meant a lot to me. Thanks for your hard work, Kerry!
