Joy helped us to buy a home in 2017. She is ultra-responsive, which was critical then because homes sold almost immediately after being listed. She would get us in to see them and then when we made offers (and we made more than one), she got that done quickly and thoroughly. She is a capable negotiator who could provide useful advice. We literally made offers around 3 or 4 major holidays when I am sure she would have rather not been working, but she was there for us. I would work with Joy again, although hope to not buy or sell in the near future!

It is my pleasure to share with you that Joy McGraw is one of the best real estate broker. She is extremely professional, kind, and never puts pressure. Another great thing about Joy is - she is a great communicator and constantly sends e-mail and/or make phone calls to stay up to date.

Joy was a delight to work with. She is both knowledgeable and very professional, and was able to find me exactly what I was looking to rent on the first try. Sadly, I am no longer in the Atlanta area, and I rather miss her.
