Emory Orthopaedics & Spine Center - Dunwoody

Was seen today for knee pain after a fall (MCL tear). My prescription never called in, my follow up was scheduled for a month out not 2 wks out per Dr. Olufade, disorganized set up in former Shallowford Hospital Medical facility. I was told to arrive 15 mins early, was not seen for 40 mins after arrival, did all check-in online. Either too busy or too disorganized or simply too irresponsible to patients to provide this patient with proper medication. I am seeking another doctor and reporting this to my insurance and to Emory who used to be the gold star of medical treatment...not now, not what I saw today.

The entire staff is wonderful and I give Dr. Gleason 10 out of 10, super professional and kind to my son. God bless you!!!

Really nice and helpful front desk staff. My mom saw two different doctors there (its true, they have specialists so needed one for hip and one for spine), and both were helpful. They didnt have the most indulgent bedside manner for a geriatric patient but efficient and cheerful and diagnosed her issue quickly. Also her steroid shot didnt hurt at all!

Terrible experience. From the front desk to Dr Olufade. Ladies at the front desk clearly hate their job because they are so rude and disrespect-full . I was barely walking due to my knee pain no one was there to offer help. Dr was making fun of me and my walking. Stay away from this place

Im in the Emory healthcare system and I just called to get an appointment because my joints (3 specifically) are hurting. The receptionist told me that Id have to make a separate appointment for EACH joint!?!? Really??? I guess they just want to screw me and my insurance company. I was trying to switch everything over to Emory but I will just keep my main doctor at Emory and go elsewhere. Very disappointed
