    WALLS ARE PAPER THIN!!! I stayed for 2 nights and woke up multiple times throughout my first night because I could hear EVERYTHING in the halls. When people come and go, you can hear every door slam, and any door opening in the hall sounds like someone is coming into your room.

    I would never recommend this location because of several reasons. Not feeling valued, respect and zero hospitality at all.1-My family and I experienced long time waiting in rainy windy day at the hotel entrance before front desk Mr Miles opened the door for us. 2-The house keeper forgot to put some hand soap for us in the room. We didnt have hand soap for washing our hands. We informed front desk the same person. But he didnt address the issue. 3-The iron table was not located safely in the closet. Therefore when I opened the closet the iron table falls down to mine and my little one faces. Bruised my son face. 4-Every morning they were short by breakfasts we and several others of the guests should waiting long time that they provide more food. Poor in communication. I emailed the general manager Mr Ihab regarding of the issues we experienced. But he never communicated back with me.

    The room was modern in design but parking was confusing. The service was average and the breakfast was subpar, especially considering the price of the hotel. Other hotels at a lower price point offered better breakfast options. The staff seemed robotic and impersonal, lacking genuine warmth and hospitality. The atmosphere felt sterile and bland. The hotel's pet policy allowed dogs, and unfortunately, some dogs left a mess in the elevator which was unpleasant. The room we stayed in also appeared to have had animals in it, as both my husband and I suffered allergies. The hotel should consider having dedicated rooms for guests with pets to avoid discomfort for allergy sufferers. Riding in the elevator with dogs further aggravated our allergies, making our stay unpleasant and unfair to us.
