Same experience as others with claims , Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.The "Claims" process is a complete scam. We have been out a vehicle and countless hours on the phone, countless unreturned voicemails to handler, countless department representative la refusing to help or refusing a manager, playing games like a child on the phone.They recommend scam shops also, Several months later our vehicle still isn't fixed,a nightmare company

Hands down the worst insurance company Ive ever dealt with. Theyve been dragging out my claim for months. No one seems to care. I would never used them for anything. They dont hesitate to take your money, but when the unfortunate happens they try to screw you over and make you out to be the bad guy. This company is full of crooks and I would never trust or use them.

Rude security and confusing parking. Sign reads "drop off only" then they tell you to park somewhere else bc drop off only means people. Multi billion dollar company can't even provide clear driving conditions for it's own property. Disgusting!

Baby Lemme tell yall something! Everything that glitters IS NOT GOLD! This has to be one of the worst and unprofessional jobs Ive ever had. Management a fool, and the training is a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Now lets start with them long boring a$$ non informative workday videos. Clearly was pointless because you really start to learn and do more on your own once youre out of training. The people who facilitate the training are a snooze fest and sherry one of the trainers gives that teacher from Charlie Brown. Now lets get to the real nitty gritty YOUR MANAGERS ARE NOT YOUR FRIENDS!!! They heavily micromanage,super high expectations for situations you have no idea about or clear understanding. no empathy for work life or your health! the metrics are unbelievable!!!! How can I do 30 subs a week when Im on phones all day???? How can I end a call in 12 min when each call is different?? DONT USE UNPLANNED ACTIVITY because they gonna wanna know who,what and why!!!! Oh and dont let it be a potty break lol oh that TM gonna email you or ask why youre in wrap up time, why your mouse not moving etc . If you have pto and the schedule is made but you have an emergency YES you will get paid BUT they will count that against you! I had a TM by the name of Paul who seemed very genuine and caring in the very beginning but only to be a white snake in the end. The numbers and bonuses is all he and this company care about. Smile in your face meanwhile dont defend you in the manager group meetings. Managers gossip about you with other managers smh I could really dig into him personal but hes not worth it. The turn over rate for this company is ridiculous and I see why. lol I came in with 160 and now its less than 50 hmmmmm why do yall think that is??? Smart thing to do is get that license then bounce!!!!!!!!!! I actually should make a YouTube video about this company BECAUSE NOTHING ABOUT STATE FARM SCREAM FAMILY soooooo dont believe the hype yall. Get the knowledge fast what you can then bounce elsewhere and make more money like Im doing now! Thank me Later
