        There were five customers here in line and there was no one to help them for solid 20 minutes during broad day light business hours. Literally, none of the bank associates care about the customers here.

        Dunwoody Village location provided great service. Love coming here for my business banking. If you are a business owner do not go to the location near Jett Ferry. The staff is much more focused on talking to friends and not helping customers

        Sadly, Chase left me stranded. We just closed out a Private Bank account and are moving elsewhere.

        This chase location on chamblee Dunwoody road is pretty convenient. Its In the Publix plaza so thats good. It has two entrances and plenty of parking. Went to this location for the first time and the experience was pretty good. There kept the line moving pretty fast!
