RUN!!! Moving here has been a complete nightmare. In just the past two weeks, we've seen A LOT of roaches. Trash is always flooding the parking garage, the office is under new management and never answers the phone anymore. The fire alarm goes off every day at the same time, between 11:30 pm and 12 am. If you have small children or an early work schedule, this isnt a comfortable place for you. To top it off, as a "gated community," the gates never work, and my husband's car was stolen from the "GATED" parking garage. With the last management company, we faced a frustrating situation where we waited five months for a balance on our account to be resolved. This was a balance we had already paid for, and we provided multiple layers of proof through our actual bank and a payment confirmation from Drift. Additionally, there were instances where they painted over mold. This place is absolutely horrible. My lease is about to be up, and this is the first time I've left happy while being in this community. Knowing that I dont have long until I leave, we are checking into a hotel until that time comes because we are sick of the bugs, the smell, and most importantly, that stupid fire alarm.

Since moving here January 15 of 2024, there has been a change of management. My biggest gripe is that there is pet excrement everywhere especially at the front roundabout. Its almost as if its OK to let your dog poop and not pick it up. I reported this to the new leasing office staff and was told that theres not much that they can do except have their grounds people pick it up. That leaves me wondering If management cares about our satisfaction. Bottom line they need to be vigilant about posting policy notices in the mailroom about NOT leaving pet excrement out in the public. If you are going to label this as a luxury living area, youll need to make sure that your tenants respect their neighbors and their community by picking up after their pet waste. it breeds pollution, bacteria & disease. I dont know about you, but I dont want my dog to walk on anybody elses Poop. Do u?!

Bruh when are these fire alarms gonna stop. Im about to lose my job cuz I cant sleep enough. How can I get a relaxing and peaceful environment for a place I call home if there is no peace at night? Where is the security?

Moved into an unfinished unit that was promised to be painted and cleaned 1 week after signing our lease agreement and we prepared to move in. To this day we have patches where maintenance never came to fix unpainted walls and areas where walls were damaged from TV mounts from previous tenants. We had to beg everyday at the front office for a missing kitchen drawer to be installed in our unit, it came to us pink, and not properly fitting the empty drawer space while management promised they were speaking with vendors to ensure wed receive a proper finished drawer while ducking our calls and e-mails, this was a blatant lie. FIRE ALARMS GO OFF EVERY OTHER NIGHT, I have lived here for close to 4 years and every summer the fire alarms go off!!!!!! It effects me in my everyday life at this point as I get extremely panicked when it is quiet and a random alarm goes off. It could be a car alarm or the alarm in my office because someone forgot their security code and Itll cause me to jump from my chair. This has impacted my mental health. Do not move here if at all possible. Apartment hallways constantly will smell like either marijuana or trash that isnt collected ever, even though you pay for a valet fee. People here are unsanitary and will allow their dogs to use the restroom in the hallways, I have had to move around very large dog poop close to my door too many times to count If you do chose to live here, for whatever reason, be prepared to be disrespected by front office staff, live under constant panic guessing when the next fire alarm will go off without warning, and for no maintenance request to go fulfilled ever, unless you practically beg help everyday. The conditions here are unsanitary and unsafe.

Top complaint: fire alarms wake you out of your sleep every single day. Nothing is being done to fix the issue and management does not seem to be concerned. I called 911 last night after the alarms were going off at midnight and the dispatcher asked if I was at dunwoody park before I even finished my sentence. (They already know this is a persistent issue). However, since the alarms are now normalized no one is evacuating the buildings and if there were ever a real fire we would most certainty all perish. With how inconsistent they are I would be surprised if they actually went off during a real emergency.I moved into an unfinished unit with promises from leasing office to paint and even plaster holes in the wall from previous tenants and a missing drawer. To this day nothing has been done and I am living with the same conditions. Move in was 11/20. Since weve lived here Ive had a track lighting malfunction causing the entire apartment to be filled with smoke, a broken dishwasher, and appliances are falling apart. No one came to inspect the track lighting until a week ago even though the request was placed in January. The inspection involved unscrewing a single track light and taking it away and then was told to keep an eye on it. The dishwasher was supposed to be replaced and I havent hear back about time frames for that. Now the property is being taken over by new management with promises to fix the issues, but maintenance requests are still incomplete, trash is still overflowing, the general upkeep of the property is going south, and of course- the fire alarms go off every single day.
