Leasing office staff are the worst. Their job is over once you sign the agreement. After that, you can't meet them and discuss if you have any queries or concerns. They will not respond to emails either. If you are looking for this apartment, please think twice and try to go to a better community. Management can install a bot that will do a better job than these staffs. Maintenance is also not up to the mark for the rent we pay.

Edit to add for 2024: The new management team is probably the most worthless we have ever had here. Kids run and ride their bikes in front of cars as they are coming by while parents just sit and talk amongst themselves. Trash is always overflowing. There's a roaming group of teenagers that run around all hours of night. This place has gone severely downhill. I have never seen wilder or more poorly behaved children in my entire life. I'm not even joking. Kids are kids, but this is on an entirely new level for me. And it's very clearly due to parents neglect, in my opinion. Try driving through the complex at 6 in the evening. You will see kids running full on at oncoming traffic, jumping on cars, throwing rocks and sticks at each other...all while their parents stand and watch, gossiping amongst themselves or playing badminton. I've seen kids play chicken with a car trying to back out, kids running up to moving cars trying to open passenger doors, a toddler running head on at a moving fire truck that was called to the complex, and even more craziness that I doubt many would believe unless you have lived here. These are little kids, too. Younger than 10 in a lot of cases. Even more worrisome, some of these families let their kids play in the parking deck until 10-11 at night WITHOUT supervision. They just come home and pound on locked doors to get let in. I am going to forego everything else: the old worn down building, revolving door of owners and management, over flowing trash, etc. These kids are the biggest problem -- I am surprised more don't get hurt zipping in and out of cars. It's UNREAL how unaware they are. At the end of the day 2 stars for it being an otherwise relatively safe neighborhood, and for it being a roof over my head. Other than that, can't recommend because of this nonsense. This is an updated post***

I really needed an apartment immediately and I was really worried and literally the second I walked in and experienced the kindness with the staff, I didn't feel the need to move forward looking. Such nice people. And helped with the panic they could tell I was going through!
