I tried to buy 80 pack water bottles (half size) price $8.99. Instead bought 40 pack (500 ml) bottles. This is rip off from customer. Costco is getting very greedy! Tap drinking water costs $14.55/1000 gallons. 1 gallon is 3780 ml. So 500 ml of water is approx. 0.20 cents materials vs 12.48 cents 500 ml bottle.

I have been to this Costco for over 10 years and really enjoyed it before. However, I felt something is very different recently: employee has lots of attitude now. This attitude issue was used to be very rare, then quite often, and now very common. It started from the Customer Service, then cashier, and now everywhere... Yesterday, when I was checking out, the employee who was supposed to help with unloading/loading chose to ignore me but just stood there doing nothing. Of course I can do this by myself, but how about people need this help? When I put most of the items on the counter, he suddenly told me "stop, leave them in the cart" very seriously, sounds like I did something wrong. Then he kept talking with the cashier while throwing all the scanned items back into cart, including bananas. Of course, the only thing he didn't throw back to the cart were eggs... When I came to the lady at the gate who checks my receipt, I said "Hello" and smiled to her, well, she didn't answer but sighed... I remember it used to be "how are you", "thank you", or "have a great day" with smiling faces? what is going on at this Costco?
