Advanced Care Center | Kaiser Permanente Gwinnett Comprehensive Medical Center

Kaiser of old, back in the 80s they provided this same awful treatment. Dont know why I came back. Do yall still get money at the end of the year based on how much money you keep from not providing needed services?

My child been there for 6 hrs and has not been seen yet this does not make no sense at all to have her waiting this long

Where do I begin? I am so disgusted by the entire Kaiser system. If left up to their incompetence my mother would be dead. And will likely be soon. 1.took an hour to get ahold of an emergency nurse on the phone who had no ability to lead or guide is in any way. 2.we ended up back at the advanced are unit 3 xs in 1week because of their incompetence. 3 endocrinologists, 2 MDs & 2 Emergency Dept NPs have expressed their disbelief of the path they have set my mom on both leading up to those emergency visits & at them. 3. The follow up with her primary doctor led out of the system the system that has proven it cant be trusted, risking paying out of pocket, to the real Emergency Dept the following day. 4. Our experience over the 3 days we spent at the advanced care unit: No pillows for patients. Hours to get a blanket in a freezing cold room. Sheets torn, tattered & placed on bed inside out. Hard & uncomfortable beds. All Tvs broken. 1 doctor & under staffed team for entire dept, causing long wait times in this small facility. Sent us home without showing my elderly parents how to inject the insulin she should have never been put on. Or preparing us for what could & did happen. I really could go on. My best advice: Dont ever get into the Kaiser System. If you are inget out while you are still alive!
