I like how they treat the kids; helps them build the confidence of them going by themselves, but make sure you ask how much the total is going to be before getting a procedure not covered by insurance. My son got a mid-cleaning, not deep (so not covered by insurance); they said it was a mid-cleaning. anyways, they had told me it was going to be $250 for it and that I could pay it in two payments. I called again to schedule and confirm what they said and they told me that I had to pay $250 that same day, so ok, fine. Today, is the day of my sons mid-cleaning and they tell me itll be $290 of course Im like, I thought it was $250 and they tell me the mouthwash they get isnt in the $250; that its $40 for it. I say no to it, but end up buying. Anyways, just make sure to confirm the price before anything so they dont try to increase/change it that same day.
