        The Duluth office was amazing! It is because of the manager Barbara & tax consultant Cathy! Outstanding customer service I was very pleased with their support. I had a horrible first experience with the pleasant hill location and these two ladies definitely set the expectation of not wanting to lose a customer. I received an unexpected call from Barbara wanting to get more information on the experience I had and was very accommodating instead of me going somewhere else. Cathy was extremely knowledgeable and bc of her patience and expertise she got me more money back than the initial representative did . She explained everything thoroughly and was extremely sweet.
