We had the most amazing experience at Medlock Alterations. My daughter bought at gown at a bridal salon that abruptly closed its doors without notice. Fortunately, we had the dress in our possession but we needed it to be fitted and altered properly.My other daughter had had several minor alterations done and highly recommended Emily. She did the most beautiful work on the dress, refitted and added the necessary changes. The bustle was stunning and intricate yet easy for us to do and the level of detail was remarkable. We cannot say thank you enough for your workmanship and effort, and above all your kindness. You helped to make my Emily's dream come true.

The customer service could be better. I went to get a blazer tailored and said I have never had a jacket tailored before. I had no problem admitting this because I wanted to be clear that I didnt know what I needed done. They then began to pin my jacket and show me how it would look and gave recommendations. I then said I needed a quote and was met with we didnt need to do all that pinning if you just needed a quote. How on earth can I get a quote before I know what needs to be done? They cant possibly know what I need as a customer if I myself dont even know it.
