Love getting my eyebrows and services done here, also Shenazz is very kind, I had a nose piercing with a bump which I got done somewhere else which I wasnt able to fix and she helped me without me asking for help with what to do. And also, there was a customers puppy who was thirsty she gave him water I found that very sweet. She is caring.

Absolutely terrible service. I just had my lashes done and I was trying to hold them down so she wouldnt pull them while threading my brows (Ive been getting my brows threaded for 10 years and always do this) she told me not to. Im sure you can guess what happened next. She ripped my lash out and laughed about it! Also the whole time her and her coworker were speaking in another language which is extremely rude, and they were talking so loud practically screaming in my ear. This is supposed to be relaxing and it was far from that. She also left so many hairs. Upsetting because its very convenient.

Bad service,,lady did my eyebrows ,,,it was very painful for $10 ,,,, I got painful eyebrows service from that lady,,she was serving to another lady,,in between she came to me to do eyebrows,, and did it in 2mints,, she didnt even think while doing eyebrows does it hurting or not, also she didnt give me any chance to see my eyebrows are comes in a shape or not? I asked for mirror to see my eyebrows ,, she was giving me creepy look,, Anyway every person should get equal service, in any matter

Terrible experience. It felt like I had my eyes soaking in glue. The glue was dripping from my eye like tears. Thought I was going blind - she proceeded to have me dry off the glue with a fan rather than rinsing it off. The lady was so mad that she almost pricked my eyeballs. Was in discomfort for 2 weeks even after it was removed.
