        I shipped a package and I dont know what happened but my package had looped through the system multiple times. I called in to address the problem and it finally shows its been delivered after almost a month. I recommend not having people hand write the to and from addresses in. I dont know if that had something to do with the issue, but all addresses should be entered into the system to be validated before going out, to prevent these issues.
