Buying or selling a house is an emotional experience for most people, and the agent must be someone who understands both the business side of the transaction and the emotional effect it has on the client. As a widow, I knew I needed a specific home in which to spend the rest of my life. When I saw Cindys video presentation, I was impressed by her attention to the very details that were important to me. I felt an immediate bond and knew I could trust her. When my new house became available, we worked together to close it. Cindy listened to my concerns and stepped in to work with the builder and coordinated the many facets of buying my home. When an item came up she immediately gave it her full attention. I was free to downsize and arrange financing assured that Cindy had my best interests. We accomplished all this long distance and despite a weak Internet connection on my end, we successfully navigated all the paperwork via computer. I would classify our relationship as a friendship. It made this emotional and difficult move much less stressful, and I am grateful for her personal and professional approach.
