Patti Martinez & Associates

As a contractor, one of my trusted agents referred Patti Martinez to me to help her fix up a not so updated home in Lawrenceville. I was happy to spend 3 hours while I was on crutches going back on a very cold day liking at slabs for her kitchen and possibly bathrooms. She didnt even bother to bring a coat. No gave her mine. After all I that, nothing was good enough. So me being the helpful sales person I am, I found her an exotic piece of stone. At my shop. It sells for almost $70 per sf. I cave it to her for about $61 I believe. After we templated, she added a cabinet. In every job from time to time, mistakes happen. Its how the sales person goes out of her way to fix the problem and that what I was doing when she threatened to cancel the credit card transaction. I spent 3 days finding a perfect solution. I was was willing to come out of pocket on this to make her happy. Then, I forwarded all the information to the office and told them what was happening. They, Stone Crafters USA wanted me to come down to the office. I would have done anything to fix this in the middle of a worldwide pandemic to please her. She messaged me at 11:20 pm last night, woke me up about her job. Unacceptable. Keller Williams needs her gone. Talk about a fish out of water. This is just the first platform. You mess with my job after I offered to pay, drove to Buford, and everything else. You made a monumental error Patti Martinez. And I don't know about you Patti? But that 3x6 beveled tile that you paid .36 cents per piece for or was it a square foot for tells me a lot about how much you care about putting in effort into your jobs, You treat your contractors like dirt. And in a time when we are supposed to be pulling together to help our nation in business, you stab me in the back. Well patti, it works both ways. UPDATE: I meant to post this a few months ago but being an essential worker in the midst of COVID-19, Id let it slip my mind. This is a copy of the test she she sent me. Id clearly asked in no uncertain terms to leave me alone. This was her response. Ive also attached a copy of her texting me at 11:30 at night. My mother has Systemic Lupus and Colon Cancer. So turning my phone off is not an option. All I can say is that this woman knows no boundaries. She will take full advantage of you as a vendor. I actually gave her the coat off my back. And this is how she treats people. There are plenty of other agents at Keller Williams who have respect for the people who work hard to make the homes in Atlanta beautiful and dont treat them the way Patti treated me. Think twice

I can not say enough good things about Patti and Christine. They worked hard to sell my house and kept me informed from listing to closing. I received top dollar for my house and it was by far the easiest real estate transaction I have ever done. Thank you Patti and Christine.
