The team at Watkins Home Sales is excellent! Devon and Emily are wonderful to work with. They helped me purchase my home in the Atlanta area several years ago and just recently to help sell it. I was juggling long hours at work, a commute, and had limited access to a phone/computer throughout the day but their clear communication and explanation of the process helped me without a skip in my step. Devon and Emily are an incredible pair! They really took the time, and put a phenomenal amount of effort into finding my wife and I a home that we love. They are patient, caring, receptive and professional. They fought for us. They made sacrifices. They genuinely care very much for their clients. They made what could have been an incredibly difficult and painful journey an enjoyable one. They will always be the ones that we call, whether buying or selling, to get the job done. I wouldnt recommend anybody else in the greater Atlanta area. Thank you!

I used Devon and Emily when I moved into my home and when I left. They were an incredible group to work with and made the process so easy. They really take the stress out of moving. From negotiating a great deal initially to helping us get well-over ask on the sale (and handling all the leg work in between), I would highly recommend them!

Devon & Emily stand out in the crowded field of realtors. We interviewed 4 realtors and Watkins Home Sales do things a little differently from the rest. From the bright and beautiful photos, to the 3D tour, to the staging, the open house, and finally the closing, Devon & Emily were top notch! Their photos looked better than the other realtors' photos on the websites. They have a proven method that sells your home FAST for top dollar! And Devon's negotiating skills are impressive!
