I cannot say enough about Dr. Janak Ghelani and what he has done to help our son over the years. He is very patient and caring and an excellent listener; providing structure in a world that can be overwhelming for a person with ADHD and partnering with our family to educate us and provided options for a plan to support his needs. He is very clear in his counseling and ensured our son is comfortable and confident with his plan and did not feel overwhelmed. He has a great sense of humor, easy to talk to and trustworthy. I highly recommend this center and Dr Ghelani.

Dr. Ghelani has truly changed my life for the better. I was always afraid to be seen about the issues I was facing and I feel like he really validated all of the things I was unsure about and he always takes the time to listen and give valuable advice on how to manage anything that might be thrown my way. I would recommend this practice to anyone whos looking for a new Psychiatrist!

300$ a month to get treatment for a disability that makes it extremely difficult to live normally let alone hold a job let alone make enough excess money to afford help and not only eat one meal a day, while still having a place to live There are no services no systems in place to help people like me, I don't qualify for any free health insurance I'm too young I have no kids, I have nightly ptsd issues, I can't even put this stuff on my resume otherwise jobs won't even give me a chance I'll never get to live a normal life because Americans keep letting 60% of their tax dollars to the military and the other 40%, everything other than taking care of lower class people. All of these wealthy homeowners with TERRIBLE life perspectives keep blaming poor people for everything especially crime. None of us can access mental health support, jobs are more abusive than people seem to comprehend But above all else. I'll be living in madness, because I'm not valuable enough to get treated. I can't get asthma medicine. I can't get diagnosed for ptsd Do you know what it's like every night, people I knew who were alive are there. I've seen bloodied rooms I've been taken I've been shot at, drugged, stabbed Before I turned 14 I'm sick of living in a world, that pretends all of this stuff doesn't happen, that nobody needs assistance or free health care I LOOK normal, do you know the disrespect people give me? The smirks when I tell them I can't deal with today I'm going to break my legs. Atleast then people can PHYSICALLLY see I need help.

I recently moved to atlanta from Alabama, and found Dr. Janak Ghelani. The small city I came from it was hard to get tested for ADHD, I had been on a waiting list for about 7 months to get tested. However, when I moved up here I was able to get an appointment and tested right away! I have been seeing Dr. Ghelani for about 4 months, and he discovered my adhd and has helped me so much! I am at the beginning of my journey, but already I have confidence in this doctor. He really listens to you, and gives such wise advice. I highly recommend anyone with anxiety, depression, ocd, adhd any kind of mental illness you even think you might have to give him a shot. I am thankful to have found him. Update: Today was the first time in my life that my ADHD symptoms went away for a bit. It was so nice to have a quiet brain. I am so happy that this doctor has been so patient and understanding helping me find the medicine that works for me. He truly has saved my life, career, and my marriage.
