BenchMark Physical Therapy

Possibly the most unprofessional and disgusting experience Ive ever had in a doctors office. They have a third party that apparently takes minimum of 3 business days to verify your insurance - which is unheard of - and their excuse is, bc they are such a large company and have over 1500 offices, but theyre short staffed maybe close a few offices so you can provide better service until you have enough staff to open the other offices back. The icing on the cake was the rude, ghetto & unacceptable behavior from the front desk lady that raised her voice when talking to you in a condescending manner as if you were a second class citizen. Stay away from this place! Wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy Edited to add, I never spoke to a Nikita! Another lie - just to make it seem like theyve contacted me to resolve the issue?? Theyve never contacted me and I still will never recommend this unprofessional, lazy liars.

I had an excellent experience at this physical therapy location. The staff demonstrated exceptional knowledge in rehabilitation, ensuring effective treatment. Every employee was personable, creating a welcoming environment. As a satisfied customer, I highly recommend this place for top-notch care and expertise.

Benchmark PT has been key to improving my health and fitness. Their therapists are knowledgeable and caring. I've gone for several weeks now and it's nice to go somewhere and know most everyone's name. They also put up a weekly riddle, so, that's fun too. :)

I have been to several PT locations over the years for various issues including shoulders, elbows and back. Currently in OT for my hand. What I can tell you is these folks are top notch. They are truly interested in getting to know their patients and helping them heal. For whatever my next ailment is, I know where I am going for my therapy and it is to see Lauren, Nakita and team.
