SLOPPY WORK!!! They rush, have no clue how to color acrylic, shaping is horrible, also drilled off 85% of my cuticles to the point theyre sore still days later. If you ask them to fix their errors you get attitude and more messed up work!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! If i could give a 0 star i would!!!!! Service: Acrylic nails

If I could give less then I would. This place is so unprofessional. I called to request their availability for a mani/pedi plus kids mani/pedi color change only. This was my first time at this salon as my normal stylist was unavailable and this was the only salon that was still open. When I called the person said they could take me of I came now. I arrived with 1.5 hrs before the salon closes. Upon my arrival I was told I had to wait. I waited 10 mins before they directed us to a pedicure chair. First the pedicure chairs they directed us to was dirty. They refused to clean my daughter's chair and requested she move to another one. Then we waited for 1 while hour before they began our pedicures! Once they started our pedicures it took another 20 mins before they inquired about my manicure. As if service had not already been bad enough, thus is where it all goes down hill! The male nail tech whom I spoke to on the phone approached me and looked at my nails. He confirms I want a manicure and repair. He then confirmed i wanted powder ombre. I confirm. Then he proceeds to tell me they don't do powder ombe. I ask if they do gel ombre. He says no they only do dip. I cinfirmed dipped ombe. Then he tells me he cant do dip ombre because it will take too long and it was already passed closing. He said he thought I wanted a basic manicure and they don't have the time to do a manicure plus repair. I requested them to stop all services. Of course he was not too happy about my refusal to continue with any service his rude and unprofessional behavior continued. If yiu want to be treated with dignity and respect, I highly recommend getting your nails done elsewhere. Services: Polish removal, Nail polish changes, Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Nail repair, Kids' manicures, Manicure
