Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken-Halal Food

I live in the city, so I don't get up to Gwinnett often. I'm from L.A. and there are several Louisiana fried chicken spots around town. I bought some gumbo and fried chicken a couple years ago. It was good. Tasted like the ones in Cali. Today, I was disappointed in the chicken. It doesn't taste the same. It looked over cooked and the coating does not have the visible herbs and spices, like the franchises at home. I agree that it tasted like it was fried in fish grease or old grease. The man at the counter was polite, but not enough to warrant another visit. Please work on either getting the recipe like the spots in L.A. or throw in the towel and focus your energy on halal. There's nothing wrong with that.

Louisiana REFRIED Chicken. You must be kidding the tenders are solid rubber! You refry to sell but it leaves an experience not worth paying for.

Kadai lamb its not in their menu and they prepared only thru pre order. A must try food.

My son ate here and said the fried chicken was awesome. Unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The fried chicken wasn't hot and the fries were barely room temperature. I ordered chicken tenders and they were hot. But neither was especially tasteful. In hindsight I wished I had tried the beef kabobs. My tip for the owners is to engage your customers, especially people that look like it's there first time, and make sure the experience is great.

Had a great family time here yesterday. The food was amazing. Authentic afghani cuisine with bread The namkeen lamb chops , Chapli kabab(beef) and fried chicken were just delicious. Would definitely go back and recommend to everyone!!!
