        Amazing customer service with quick and easy ordering! Highly recommend this compant!! We switched to S2 Medical last month, and I am incredibly impressed by them (especially compared to our last medical supply company). They answer the phone promptly, don't leave me on hold for very long at all, and always help me in a kind and polite manner that is respectful and humanizing. I really appreciate everyone who I have dealt with at S2 Medical for helping me to accomplish what I need to do for my child.

        I spoke to the representative on the phone, very friendly, very efficient and helpful. I received my little girl's supplies, a couple of days ago. Everything came in a timely manner, and the order was correct according to the paperwork they sent me in the mail. The Prevail Per-Fit Daily Underwear, and Prevail UnderpadsThanks S2.

        Company repeatedly tried to deny us service because we were not ordering enough supplies at one time. Despite what was prescribed by doctor, they did not want to service small orders. Swapping to UroMed.
