Ordered lab work for $500. The test itself was missing pieces and had instructions from the 1980s. The kit itself was rudimentary at best. For a stool sample kit, they were so cheap they provided one latex glove. Couldnt splurge for the second eh? When I contacted Genova for a refund because I didnt get everything I was supposed to, they told me theres nothing to refund because they dont charge until the lab work is completed. However, this is false and I sent them multiple pieces of evidence showing they had debited my account for $499. Now theyre ignoring my requests entirely. AVOID! Find a different doctor if they recommend Genova.

This company has awful customer service. My wife submitted a months worth of hormone saliva samples and the lab threw away the samples because they were confused about whether it was a retest or a new test. Instead of confirming it was a retest or not, they just threw away the samples. I have been calling for weeks to get this figured out and they are no help at all. The hold times take forever and the employees are not understanding or helpful. I had planned on using this company for my patients but I will definitely not be using them ever again. I recommend using a different lab.
